08 Betting & Gaming Rules

12 Limitation of Liability

13 Suspension & Termination

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or financial crime;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Violation of the single Account policy;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a Member's bank or payment provider;
• Active self-exclusion status.

Upon termination for cause, any Account balance attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violations may be forfeited. Funds attributable to genuine deposits made in good faith will be returned to the Member following completion of any outstanding investigation, subject to applicable anti-money laundering holds.

Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by submitting a written request via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

14 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gsbet88 holds its international gaming licence.
